If a strap fails, a seam opens or a sole separates within a year of normal wear, send it back and we will repair or replace it. We keep our runs small partly so we can afford to stand behind them.

What does the one-year repair promise cover?

Faulty straps, opening seams and separating soles are repaired or replaced free of charge within a year of normal wear. Send us a photo first and we will confirm before you ship anything back.

How long does a return take to process?

Returns are inspected within 2 business days of arriving with us. Refunds go to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes — we ship tracked to more than 40 countries. Express shipping is complimentary on orders over $300. Import duties are set by your local customs office and are not included in the price.
