1. Agreement to these terms

  • Measurements are approximate and given in centimetres unless stated otherwise.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and run promotions at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already accepted. Where a price is listed incorrectly and the error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the incorrect price.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a contract. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example where:

  • The item is out of stock or withdrawn.
  • The billing or shipping details cannot be verified.
  • The order appears fraudulent or placed by a bot.

If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Orders are subject to fraud screening, and we may contact you for additional verification before dispatch.

8. Shipping, risk and duties

  • We dispatch within 2 business days of an accepted order.
  • Delivery estimates are 3-7 business days, counted from dispatch. They are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs handling charges are set by your country and are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout. Refused parcels that are returned to us are refunded less any duties and return shipping we are charged.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes apply to the value of the goods and cannot be applied to shipping or previous orders. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
